As an esteemed member of the Brazil Specialty Coffee Association, their coffees consistently receive recognition in competitions and have been honored in the prestigious Cup of Excellence. Under the leadership of Otávio Reis and the younger generation, the farm fosters innovation through continuous experimentation, constantly improving their range of specialty coffee offerings.

With a committed workforce of approximately 40 permanent employees, Fazenda do Salto places a strong emphasis on year-round administration and the care of coffee plants. They provide housing, education, and schooling opportunities for their dedicated workers and their families, ensuring a sustainable and supportive environment for all.

Environmental responsibility is a central value at Fazenda do Salto, where efforts are made to preserve native forests, protect springs, and return treated water to the ecosystem.
